Welcome to Allyup. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Allyup mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Allyup. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
3. Your content
Allyup lets you share photos, videos, and habit check-ins with the groups you join. You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Allyup a limited license to store, process, and display that content to you and the members of your groups for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that you do not have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others;
- Upload illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit content;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Use the Service to send spam or impersonate others.
5. Groups and invitations
Group invite links allow anyone with the link to join that group. Only share invite links with people you intend to include.
6. Termination
You may stop using Allyup and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to others or to Allyup.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Allyup is a habit-tracking and social motivation tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, health, or fitness advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allyup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
