Delete your Allyup account.

Permanent account deletion

You can start deletion directly in the app. This permanently removes your account and its application records from Allyup.

This action cannot be undone.

Download or save anything you want to keep before confirming account deletion.

Delete your account in Allyup

  1. Open Allyup and choose You in the bottom navigation.
  2. Scroll to the Account section.
  3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation and choose Delete Account again to permanently continue.

What is removed

Account deletion removes your Allyup user record, refresh tokens, reactions, entries, crew memberships, achievements, reports, and blocks. Uploaded Cloudinary photos and videos are queued for permanent deletion with CDN-cache invalidation. When you use Sign in with Apple, Allyup also attempts to revoke that authorization. Limited copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups, security logs, or where retention is required by law.

What happens to crews you created

If other members remain in a crew you own, ownership transfers to the earliest-joined remaining member. If you are the only member, the crew and its crew-scoped content are deleted.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@allyup.club from the address associated with your Allyup sign-in and explain that you need account deletion help. We may need to verify account ownership before taking action.
